All products are made from natural coconut charcoal and are subject to availability. CocoMasters reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are listed in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or U.S. Dollars (USD) as applicable. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or payment on-site at designated CocoMasters locations or partner outlets.
5. Pick-Up and Delivery
CocoMasters currently operates locally within Lebanon. Products are available for direct purchase or scheduled pick-up. No international or local shipping services are provided at this time.
6. Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if items are found defective or incorrect upon pick-up. Customers must inspect products at the time of receipt and report any issues immediately. Once products are accepted, CocoMasters holds no liability for damages or misuse.
7. Product Use and Safety
CocoMasters’ products are made from 100% natural coconut charcoal and are intended for safe use in BBQs, shisha, and approved cosmetic or medical applications. Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with provided guidelines.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
