Standard delivery: 2-4 working days anywhere in Lebanon.
Same-day service: Available for motorcycle deliveries based on availability, so place your request at least one day ahead.
Car delivery: Available if requested a day in advance.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS once the order is assigned to a driver.
Order verification: Please verify the address when ordering, as incorrect addresses cannot be fixed once the package is in transit.
Packaging and item handling
Fragile items: Need to be properly bubble-wrapped and packaged in a wooden box with a “Fragile” sticker.
Fresh items: Should be marked and placed in ice buckets or cooler bags.
Multiple packages: If delivering multiple items to the same customer, number the bags or boxes clearly.
Other important information
Insurance: Available for an additional fee. It is based on the declared value and fragility of the shipment.
Payment: Wakilni accepts cash, and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard only, with a 2.5-4% charge) for payment on delivery. Checks are the only method of payment for credit card transactions.
Liability: Wakilni is not liable for claimed damages or missing items after five working days from the delivery date.
Restricted items: Due to safety concerns, high-value items (<200$ or equivalent) are not delivered in certain areas of Akkar and Beqaa.
